Training Purchase Terms
This page is a placeholder put in place while the self-service training purchase feature is being built. The seller, concilio et labore GmbH, will replace the sections below with reviewed legal text before any live (non-test) purchase is accepted.
This page covers the purchase of a training course through the “Buy” button on the training catalogue. It is separate from the site’s general Terms and Conditions.

What you are buying
Purchasing a training grants the named account holder access to exactly one edition of one training course, for an unlimited period, for that individual’s own professional use. A separate account/purchase is needed for each additional person.
Price and VAT
Prices are shown in EUR, exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Sales to businesses established in another EU member state with a valid VAT identification number are subject to the reverse-charge mechanism (Article 196 of Council Directive 2006/112/EC): concilio et labore GmbH invoices net of VAT, and the customer accounts for VAT in its own member state.
