Non-Discrimination

For reasons of better legibility, the simultaneous use of the language forms male, female, diverse and other gender identities (m/f/d/other) is avoided on our websites, in our publications and in communication. All terms used should apply equally to all genders. We see ourselves as an international company and do not discriminate against anyone because of gender, race, skin color, ethnic or social origin, genetic characteristics, language, religion or ideology, political or other views, membership of a national minority , property, birth, disability, age, sexual orientation or nationality.

We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to a diverse environment. We respect all people and strive for their inclusion in the workplace.

The voices of our text-to-speech service are available in their respective national language as female and male voices and are randomly selected.

We use the Atkinson Hyperlegible™ font and the Atkinson Hyperlegible Next™ font. These typefaces are named after the founder of the Braille Institute, J. Robert Atkinson. They differ from traditional typography in that they focus on the distinction of letterforms to improve the recognisability of characters and thus legibility. These fonts are made available free of charge to everyone by the Braille Institute of America, Inc.
