EY/IIF ¦ Global Risk Management Survey 2025

What is on the Board’s agenda?

Financial crime risk (12) and fraud risk (20) are not among the top 10 issues receiving attention from the board. Employee-related risks (26), such as fatigue and well-being, are also not a top topic.

Not all important topics can be at the top of the agenda, of course, but it’s important to keep them in mind.

The “14th Annual EY/IIF Global Bank Risk Management Survey” (2025) provides some enlightening information (p. 8/9).

The survey is available on the EY website.
